Rental Process

Booking:  Please add items to your cart and checkout. This is a request to book only and you will not be charged. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement from foragedgoodsco@gmail.com with information about your order and payment options.

Deposit: We require a 25% deposit to book, and items are not considered reserved until deposit is received. The remaining 75% is due 30 days prior to your event.

Delivery: Our mission is to make beautiful event décor accessible, no matter the budget. To keep our rental items affordable, we offer a convenient 4-day rental window, allowing you plenty of time for pickup, use, and return to our warehouse located near Bracewell, CO — without the added expense of delivery fees.  

Need delivery? While our business model began as pickup-only, we listened to your feedback and now offer delivery as an optional service. Simply add the Delivery Quote to your cart and provide your drop-off and pickup details at checkout. 

The Fine Print:  Once you have booked, you will receive a rental agreement and credit card authorization form (kept on file for incidentals and late returns only).  These documents must be submitted prior to pickup. Items will not be released without these completed forms.
