Rental Process
Booking: Please add items to your cart and checkout. This is a request to book only and you will not be charged. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement from foragedgoodsco@gmail.com with information about your order and payment options.
Deposit: We require a 25% deposit to book, and items are not considered reserved until deposit is received. The remaining 75% is due 30 days prior to your event.
Delivery: Because each venue's drop-off and pick-up policies vary, we try to simplify coordination by adding a 4 day rental window to each item to allow you the flexibility to pick-up and return your rental at our warehouse (located near Bracewell, CO) when it's convenient for you. For example, a Saturday event would typically schedule pick-up Friday and return Monday. Delivery can be quoted upon request and is subject to availability.
The Fine Print: Once you have booked, you will receive a rental agreement and credit card authorization form (kept on file for incidentals and late returns only). These documents must be submitted prior to pickup. Items will not be released without these completed forms.
